Moulded pulp and folded paper cradles replace EVA, EPE and vacuum-formed PET. Protection comes from geometry rather than foam.

Structures are specified so the whole pack enters one recycling stream. Mixed materials are the exception, and always justified.

Every one of these is a live substitution we have engineered and shipped. None of them is a downgrade in protection; that is the whole test.

Moulded pulp insert
Tighter product fit, kerbside recyclable, and it absorbs impact rather than transmitting it.
EPE / EVA foam block
Folded paper suspension cradle
Holds the product in tension. Passes 1.2 m drop testing with no plastic component.
Plastic window patch
Die-cut aperture or cellulose film
Keeps the reveal, keeps the pack in one recycling stream.
Solvent-based inks

Lower VOC emissions on our floor, and no barrier to fibre recycling on yours.

Regulation is where sustainable packaging gets real.
A recyclability claim is only worth what its documentation can prove. For brands selling into the European Union and the United Kingdom, that documentation is now a legal requirement rather than a marketing asset.
We prepare it alongside the quotation. Material composition by weight, fibre origin and chain-of-custody references, coating and adhesive declarations, and the recyclability assessment for the destination market.
