Value additions
What electronics packs usually carry.
Finish the outside
Specify any of these at enquiry
Functional coatings
Barrier, food-grade and anti-static coatings. Invisible, and the reason the pack passes compliance rather than just looking good.
- Anti-Static Conductive Coatings
Foil & metallics
Reflective metal leaf pressed into the board. It is the finish that reads as expensive across a room, before anyone touches the pack.
- Cold Silver Foil
Lamination & touch
The surface film. Soft-touch and velvet give a warm, suede-like drag under the fingers; anti-scratch keeps dark print from scuffing in transit.
- Anti-Scratch Film
What goes inside
In the order the customer meets it
Trays & fitments
Die-cut EVA, foam or card cavities holding each piece still. Nothing rattles, nothing arrives loose, and the arrangement is part of the reveal.
- Cable Sleeves
Plastic-free fitments
Moulded pulp and folded paper cradles doing the same job as vacuum-formed plastic, usually to a tighter fit and a recyclable end of life.
- Molded Biodegradable Fiber Trays
Cards & literature
Thank-you cards, care leaflets, manuals and invitations. The only place in the pack where you get to speak in sentences.
- Manual Pockets
