Capability 01Structural design

Every pack starts as a die-line drawn round your product.

Our structural studio measures your product, draws the die-line to it, mocks it up in board and engineers whatever holds the product still: moulded pulp, folded paper or board fitments.

For you

Two or three costed structural routes and a physical white sample before any tooling is cut.

What we measure before your order leaves.

Anyone can say a pack is good. These are the checks that make it provable, and each one ends in something you can hold, file or forward to your quality team.

The right board decides half the result.

Weight in the hand, how a foil sits, whether a pack survives the parcel network: all of it starts with the substrate. These are the ones we run every week, and what each is best at.
