What we build for this sector

The styles baby & kids brands actually order.

All of it made on our own floor and quoted from a single enquiry. Filter by family, then open a style for its board, sizes, finishes and what it costs to tool.

Specified for this sector

What changes when the pack is for baby & kids.

  • Boards commonly used

300-350 GSM Virgin SBS Board, Food-Contact Approved Kraft

  • What it has to survive

EN71/ASTM infant safety compliant, zero-sharp edges, odorless soy inks. Specified at quotation, not discovered in production.

  • What ships with the quote

Material composition by weight, FSC® chain-of-custody references, EPR data and substance screening. Your compliance team gets the evidence, not a claim.

Finishes specified here

  • Pastel Matte Lamination
  • Soft Blind Embossing
  • Non-Toxic Inks

What goes inside the pack

  • Milestone Greeting Cards
  • Printed Butter Paper
  • Pastel Ribbons

Every one of these is quoted with the pack rather than sourced separately, so the insert, the ribbon and the card all arrive in the same delivery as the box.

How this starts

Send the product. Get the pack costed.

You do not need a die-line, a drawing or a finished design to ask. Most baby & kids programmes start with a photograph and a volume.

  1. Tell us the product

Its size, its weight, the market it sells into and a pack you like. Artwork can come later.

  2. Get a costed route

Two or three structures we would recommend for it, each with a board, a finish and a price.

  3. Hold the sample

A plain white sample to settle the fit, then the finished one you sign before anything runs.
